Divorce And Custody Mediation

Mediation is an informal, voluntary and confidential process in which the parties resolve their family law issues outside of court, with the assistance of a qualified mediator. Mediation is very different from court in that mediated resolutions can only come about by mutual agreement of the parties; in this way, mediation removes the emotional toll and risk of a trial, while allowing the parties to manage and ultimately determine the outcome of their family law matter.

Mediation is almost always less expensive, less emotionally draining and less time-consuming than trying cases in court.
